Enbulk is a point-of-sale and inventory management app for businesses. We collect information you provide and generate while using the app, including:

Payment information

Card payments in Enbulk are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you accept a card payment, card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment interface. Enbulk and DragonTED LLC do not collect, see, or store full card numbers, CVC codes, or complete card details. Stripe handles this data in accordance with its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS security standards.

We may store limited, non-sensitive payment metadata such as the payment method type (e.g., "Card"), amount, and status, to record the sale.

How we use information

How information is stored

Enbulk stores data using Google Firebase (a Google Cloud service). Data is transmitted and stored using industry-standard encryption. We rely on Google's infrastructure security to help protect your information.

Your responsibilities regarding customer data

Account and associated data are deleted within 30 days of a verified request, except where limited retention is required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
