This Privacy Policy explains how the Enbulk application ("Enbulk," "the app," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information. Enbulk is operated by DragonTED LLC, based in Fresno, California. By using Enbulk, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Enbulk is a point-of-sale and inventory management app for businesses. We collect information you provide and generate while using the app, including:

Account information — your name, email address, and login credentials.
Business data — inventory items, product details, prices, and photos you upload.
Customer records you enter — names, phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses of your customers.
Sales and transaction data — receipts, returns, payment records, and related history.

Payment information

Card payments in Enbulk are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you accept a card payment, card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment interface. Enbulk and DragonTED LLC do not collect, see, or store full card numbers, CVC codes, or complete card details. Stripe handles this data in accordance with its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS security standards.

We may store limited, non-sensitive payment metadata such as the payment method type (e.g., "Card"), amount, and status, to record the sale.

How we use information

To provide and operate the app's features (sales, inventory, receipts, reporting).
To process payments through our payment processor.
To generate invoices, receipts, and business reports for you.
To maintain the security and integrity of your account.

How information is stored

Enbulk stores data using Google Firebase (a Google Cloud service). Data is transmitted and stored using industry-standard encryption. We rely on Google's infrastructure security to help protect your information.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the app:

Stripe — for payment processing.
Google Firebase — for data storage and authentication.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Your responsibilities regarding customer data

Enbulk lets you store records about your own customers. You are responsible for handling that information lawfully, including obtaining any consents required and honoring your customers' privacy rights.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. See our Account Deletion page for instructions. Account and associated data are deleted within 30 days of a verified request, except where limited retention is required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

Your privacy rights (California)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you rights to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

Children's privacy

Enbulk is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
