Delete Your Enbulk Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Enbulk account and associated data. Enbulk is operated by DragonTED LLC.

How to request account deletion

To delete your account, send an email from the email address associated with your Enbulk account to:

Enbulkapp@gmail.com

Use the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address registered to your account. We will verify your request and process the deletion.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove the data associated with your business account, including:

Your account information (name, email, and login credentials)
Customer records you have entered (names, phone numbers, addresses)
Inventory items and product data
Sales, returns, and transaction history
Uploaded photos and logos

Data retention

Account and associated data are deleted within 30 days of a verified request. Certain records may be retained for a limited period only where required to comply with legal, accounting, or security obligations, after which they are permanently deleted.
